Worlder Special Materials (DongGuan) Co., Ltd manufactures SBRSW flame retardant adhesive-lined heavy wall cross-linked polyolefin heat shrink tubing — a dual-wall heat-shrinkable sleeve engineered to insulate, mechanically protect, and environmentally seal electrical cable splices, terminations, lugs, and connectors where maximum flame retardancy, moisture resistance, and long-term reliability are required.
The heavy-wall outer layer uses flame-retardant cross-linked polyolefin for high dielectric strength, impact resistance, and abrasion protection. During heating, the inner thermoplastic adhesive liner melts and flows, bonding to the substrate and forming a continuous moisture-proof seal — even over irregular shapes, braided cables, and oversized connectors. With 3:1 shrink ratio, one size covers a wide diameter range.
SBRSW is designed not to split or rupture during installation — even under overheating. Operating range: -45°C to +125°C · Full recovery at ≥125°C · RoHS compliant.
Applications: automotive wire harnesses, power utility joints, underground/outdoor splices, marine & industrial systems, telecom infrastructure, OEM cable accessory kits — exported to USA, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Belgium.
